The petitioner is presently holding a permit for operating his bus on the route from "Amaipur to Rampurhat via Gopalpur."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a prayer for extension of the said route from "Bishore to Rampurhat via Kusmore and Amaipur."

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner's prayer shall be considered by the Regional Transport Authority, Birbhum, in the meeting of the Regional Transport Authority Board scheduled to be held on September 22, 2025.

In view of the above, there is no justification for keeping this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that any decision taken in the meeting of the Regional Transport Authority Board dated September 22, 2025, shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 21304 of 2025 stands disposed of.
