By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 21st June, 2022 passed by the adjudicating authority under the WBGST Act. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA No. 21599 of 2022 and the same is dismissed on the ground of availability of the statutory alternative remedy and all the points raised in the writ petition is kept open to the petitioner before the appellate authority.
