The writ petition is disposed of without any mandatory directions. It is submitted that the petitioners had prayed for an adjournment before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate during the hearing of the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

The petitioners are at liberty to pray before the learned court for expeditious disposal of the application and the learned court shall proceed strictly in accordance with Section 14 of the said Act. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
