Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the authority concerned in holding election of members and directors of the society in question which has been due for a long time.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21600 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 for holding the election of the society in question and complete the proceeding within ten weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
