1. It is unfortunate case that female child aged about two years, who was suffering from jaundice relevant point of time was died unnatural.

2. The Post Mortem report discloses Smothering and Manual Strangulation as cause of death. The present petitioner is the father of the child under whose custody whom the minor was there at the relevant point of time. The de facto complainant mother was not present.

3. Considering the gravity of offence and the complicity of the present petitioner, this court is not inclined to pass any favourable order allowing the bail application.

4. Hence the prayer stands refused.

5. Case diary be returned.
