1. Appellant obtained leave to file appeal without the certified copy.

2. Such leave was granted.

3. Thereafter, appellant did not pursue its application to obtain the certified copy. Such application lapsed on October 1, 2024. Subsequently, appellant filed a fresh application for certified copy on November 25, 2024.

4. As on date, since the appellant was lax in proceeding with the application for certified copy, we are of the view that, there is no appeal in the eye of law.

5. MAT 1683 of 2024 along with connected application are dismissed without any order as to costs.
