For the Respondent No. 7. The grievance of the petitioners is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 2nd July, 2024.

It is alleged by the petitioners that in view of the illegal and unauthorized acts of the private respondents, the egress and ingress of the petitioner's home has been blocked.

On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature and there is no question of the petitioners being entitled to any relief.

On behalf of the private respondent no. 7, it is submitted that the subject premises is a joint property S.D.

and the petitioners are not entitled to any order. In view of the submissions made on behalf of

the parties, WPA 21848 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the the representation dated 2nd July, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent and after giving a right of hearing to the concerned parties in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observation made in this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 4 in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners in Court be kept with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
