1. It is submitted that the authorized persons of the respondent Bank, viz. The Chief Manager and the Branch Manager of the respondent Bank had visited the premises of the petitioner to foster a settlement.

2. The petitioner states that she was not aware as to the identity of these persons and did not encourage any settlement proposal.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bank with settlement proposal, if so advised.

4. If the petitioner approaches the Bank with such proposal, the same shall be considered accordingly.

5. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated direction.

6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

7. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
