The petitioner claims that notwithstanding the decree dated 25th April, 2018 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Third Court at Paschim Medinipur in T. S. No. 17 of 2015, the private respondents are disturbing his peaceful possession.

The petitioner may seek execution of the civil decree that he has obtained.

The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
