The petitioner seeks deletion of the petitioner's name from the website of Cibil to the effect that the petitioner is a wilful defaulter.

Since this court is not inclined to pass any interim order in the absence of the respondents and, in any event, grant of interim order would amount to final relief, W.P.A.21611 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondent nos.1 and 3 namely, The Reserve Bank of India and Religare Finvest Ltd. to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 2nd September, 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving the communication from the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the RBI. The concerned respondents are directed to pass a reasoned order and the same should be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of such order is passed.
