Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be taken on record.

The Officer-in-charge, Chatterjee Hat Police Station, Howrah City Police has filed a report dated 10th February, 2023. The same is kept with the record. It appears from the said report that Chargesheet No. 4 of 2023 dated 19th January, 2023 under Sections 406/420/468/477(A)/379/120B of the Indian Penal Code has been filed. It further appears from the said report that two persons were arrested, namely, Goutam Debnath and Amitava Roy.

This Court is of view that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the subject charge-sheet, she may take steps in accordance with law before the learned Magistrate, inter alia, under Sections 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
