Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioner is a primary school teacher. He seeks transfer on medical ground. A representation by the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Chairman, Murshidabad District Primary School Council. Without going into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, Murshidabad District Primary School Council, the respondent no. 4 to consider the said representation in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of the order of this Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
