We have considered materials on record. Petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him i.e. to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliachak Police Station once in a fortnight until further orders.

Hence, the aforesaid condition of bail is waived. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2022 is allowed.
