The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents herein are attempting to construct boundary wall in respect of a property, which is the subject matter of a proceeding pending before the learned 3rd Bench, West Bengal

Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal being O.A. No. 1663 of 2024 (LRTT).

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they are not taking any steps for construction of any boundary wall. He further submits that an order of status quo has been passed by the learned Tribunal on July 18, 2024. The photocopy of the said order filed by the learned advocate for the private respondent is taken on record. Since the original application is pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal and an order of status quo has been passed by the learned Tribunal, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Tribunal in case the petitioner alleges that the private respondents are taking steps in violation of the order of status quo passed by the learned Tribunal.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
