This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The order impugned is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure. C.O. 3108 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.

The learned Trial Judge, however, is requested to dispose of the application for injunction as expeditiously as possible if the same is otherwise ready for disposal.
