Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner and the private respondents are the mother and two daughters. Probate proceedings are pending as has been submitted by the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondents.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken. According to the petitioner, two daughters being the respondent nos. 6 and 7 are trying to encroach, disturb and interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

State has submitted a report which reflects that no cognizable offence is made out and the disputes complained of are civil in nature.

Be that as it may, since a family feud is expressly available from the materials on record, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that peaceful enjoyment of the property may not be interfered with by either of the parties. In case there is any complaint, police authorities would take prompt action.

As no affidavits have been called for, the allegations and/or accusations made against the private respondents and/or the State-respondents are deemed not to have been admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21422 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
