Bally Municipality admits that unauthorized construction has been detected at premises no. 5A, Bhujanga Dhar Road.

The petitioner alleges that unauthorized construction exists at 5, Bhunjanga Dhar Road. The Municipality is directed to take steps against any unauthorized construction that has been detected. The writ petition stands disposed of.
