1. Heard learned Advocates for the petitioners and for the State at length.

2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary. 3.

On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that the instant case is outcome of a property dispute, at least, prima facie.

Admittedly, there are some incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner in the case diary, however, in considered view of this Court that those are not at all sufficient for rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail, since, in considered view of this Court, for effective investigation of the instant case, the custodial

interrogation of the present accused petitioner is necessary.

5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. 6.

It is, thus, ordered that in the event of arrest, the accused petitioner, namely, Dhananjoy Tapadar @ Dhananjay Tapadas may find bail of Rs. 20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman on condition that they shall abide by the provisions of Section 482(2) of the BNSS.

7. It is further ordered that the present accused petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of district Paschim Bardhaman till conclusion of the investigation, unless such condition is relaxed by the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 3225 of 2025 is disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
