Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent no.6 is taken on record.

The instant intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 25th July, 2022 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.A. 13102 of 2013. 3.

The facts of the case are that the appellant sought for information from the RCC Institute of Information and Technology and the State, State Information Commission as also the Directorate of Technical Education under the Right to Information Act.

The learned Single Judge of this Court in the impugned order found that most of the information sought by the petitioner has been supplied and that

the information against query no.4 being a report of the Three Members Committee could not be supplied as no such Committee ever existed. The learned Single Judge of this Court found that information against query nos.1 and 2 have been duly supplied.

In those circumstances, finding that a substantial part of the information sought by the appellant has been duly supplied the writ petition was disposed of.

This Court does not find any reason to entertain the instant appeal since the information as available with the respondents was duly supplied.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant appeal.

M.A.T. 1539 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

9.

In view of disposal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

10.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
