1. The writ application has been preferred praying for consideration of the petitioner's representation for appointment of FPS Dealership at Shankijahan Kaltalar Moree, Sankijahan under Gopalgunj Gram Panchayat within the district of South 24-Parganas.

2. Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the petitioner did not meet the requirements for being granted a license as the petitioner was not in possession of a suitable godown on the date of application.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner did not meet the requirements, the application was rejected and the petitioner is aware of the said order of rejection.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been informed of the order of rejection but the reasons are not being made known to him.

Considering the said submissions and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 5 shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order.

6. Since no affidavits have been used none of the statements made are admitted.

7. It is further made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.

8. WPA 21477 of is accordingly disposed of.

9. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
