Considering the nature of relief asked for by the petitioner I am of the view that petitioner has got no locus standi in the matter and he does not come within the meaning of "Person Aggrieved". If at all the allegation of the petitioner against the health authorities is found to be correct on investigation affecting the public in general in that event it will be a case of Public Interest Litigation and as such I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, accordingly this writ petition being WPA 21263 of 2023 is dismissed.
