Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations about online cheating by giving link to make payment and the materials available in the case diary showing the complicity of the petitioner, the fact that the petitioner was the recipient of bulk of the cheated amount and the fact that he did not cooperate with notices issued by the Investigating Officer, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
