7,62,892/- is payable to the petitioner for work already done. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to a refund of the security deposit and Earnest money.

Let the aforesaid sums of Rs. 7,62,892/- be paid to the petitioner and the Security deposit and Earnest money returned to the petitioner within 7 days from date.

The petitioner will give a receipt for the sums of money he has received and sign on all necessary documents.

The receipt of the aforesaid sums of money and signature on other documents shall be given without prejudice to the rights and contentions of

the petitioner that he may have towards any further claims against the respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
