Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing his representation which was filed on 2nd May, 2020 being annexure P/7 to the writ petition and thereafter reminders were given and it is the allegation of the petitioner that till date the same has not been disposed of.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21267 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 2nd May, 2020 in accordance

with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
