Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner and the private respondent are joint holders of a bank account.

The petitioner apprehends that the private respondent may have withdrawn or transferred certain amount from the said joint account. The petitioner sought for information from the Bank and the same is alleged to have been refused.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank submits, upon instructions that, the mode of operation of the said account was 'either or survivor'. The private respondent requested the Bank to close the said account and the same stood closed in December 2018.

The statement summary of the said account produced before the Court is retained with the record. Let copy of the same be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the private respondent.

As it appears that the information sought for by the petitioner from the Bank has already been forwarded to the petitioner by way of the statement of accounts, there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
