The Report reflects that the Warrant of Arrest still has not been executed by the Police Authorities against the petitioner, who was earlier granted bail on surrender, after he was granted anticipatory bail by a Hon'ble Division bench of this Court in CRM 5617 of 2021.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner, henceforth, would be present before the Learned Court on regular dates, so fixed, and would not evade the process of law.

In view of the undertaking given by the Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, the execution of Warrant of Arrest, which was issued on 23rd of August, 2022, be stayed till 31st of August, 2023.

If the petitioner appear within such date, then he would be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. In case, there is failure of the aforesaid condition to surrender or appear before the Learned Court within the period, Warrant of Arrest would revive, as earlier directed by the Learned Court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3547 of 2022 is disposed of.
