The grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition in the capacity of the contractual labourers and for the alleged claim of their arrear arising out of those contract, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 21269 of 2023 and the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioners to avail any remedy available to them in accordance with law before any forum.
