Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly with regard to the information which was sent on or about 21.08.2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Zero FIR dated 13.09.2025 has been registered at Sankrail Police Station and the same has been sent to the Officer-in-Charge, Jagatballavpur Police Station on or about 14.09.2025.

Having considered that steps have been taken by the concerned police station, petitioner is directed to communicate with the Officer-inCharge, Jagatballavpur Police Station who would carry out the investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21401 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
