Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent did not take any lawful action on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated July 26, 2023.

After going through the said representation, this Court finds that the petitioner requested the Inspector-in-Charge of Shakespeare Sarani Police Station to take steps and to make further investigation to ensure a fair trial.

The record reveals that an FIR, being Shakespeare Sarani Police Station Case No. 144 dated August 29, 2023 was registered and after completion of investigation, chargesheet has also been filed. Therefore, it appears that the police

authorities have taken steps pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court, if the petitioner is aggrieved.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
