It is submitted co-accuseds are on bail. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of eye-witnesses recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. Statements prima facie implicate the petitioner in the murder. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
