The de facto complainant (petitioner herein) has prayed for transfer of the proceedings, but in the meantime in CRM 9847 of 2019, the Division Bench of this Court on 22.11.2019 has been pleased to direct as follows :- "We request the learned Additional Sessions Judge-inCharge, 2nd Court, Katwa, to record the evidence of the remaining witnesses until the Judicial Officer is posted in the said Court."

As the purpose of the petitioner has been served pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CRM 9847 of 2019 on 22.11.2019, the present application has become infructuous. As such, the revisional application being CRR 3011 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous.
