Das ...for the Petitioner The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24-Parganas on October 03, 2023 in G.R.Case No. 3496 of 2022 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him. It appears that the petitioner was initially granted bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on November 15, 2022. The petitioner failed to appear before the learned Trial Court on September 04, 2023 and October 03, 2023 for which warrant of arrest has been issued against him. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Trial Court within 7 days from date.

In the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within 7 days from date, the learned Trial Court shall allow the petitioner remain on the same bond. If the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The revisional application being CRR No. 3703 of 2024 is disposed of.
