And In the matter of: Parbati Shit .... petitioner Mr. Rishav Kar ....for the petitioner Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee, Mr. Ratul Ghosh ....for the State 1.

In view of the an order dated 31st January, 2024 by which the anticipatory bail application of the present petitioner was dismissed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing not to press this application. 2.

We also find that there is no change in circumstances which can help the application to be maintainable.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
