In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 5

be directed to consider his representation dated 18.8.2025 in accordance with law.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and considering the case of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation dated 18.8.2025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law on hearing the parties.
