1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is kept Ctar 11.03.2025 with the record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioners is present.

3. None appears on behalf of the opposite parties, in spite of service of notice.

4. The instant revisional application is challenged by the order dated 03.7.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Title Suit No.

527 of 2014. Learned Trial Court by order dated 03.7.2024 was pleased to accept the showcause of the defendant no. 1 and granted one last opportunity for the said defendant to contest the case. The said liberty was subject to the payment of the cost.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is not challenging the order dated 03.7.2024 passed by the learned Trial Court in Title Suit No. 527 of 2014, but the said suit be expeditiously disposed of.

6. In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this revisional application being CO 3114 of 2024 stands disposed of.

7. The order dated 03.7.2024 passed by the learned Trial Court is affirmed.

8. Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 527 of 2014 within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed.

9. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. All points are kept open to be agitated before the learned Trial Court.
