On 21st June, 2023 at the time of call accommodation was prayed for on behalf of petitioner and the same was granted thereby directing the matter to appear in the combined monthly list of July 2023 for further consideration. The Court also directed the learned advocate for the petitioner to effect service of notice upon the respondents.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
