Mr. Joydeep Biswas ...for the petitioner. Mr. Rajib Roy, Ms. Sohini Kundu ...for the SEBI. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties that the petitioner is now residing in Asansol, we modify clause '3' at page 2 of our order dated 15th November, 2022 by replacing "Kolkata" with "Asansol".

Let another sentence be added to the 3rd clause to the following effect :

"While travelling from Kolkata to Asansol or vice versa, the petitioner will inform an officer to be designated by the learned court below on an application made by the petitioner".

The application for modification (CRAN 1 of 2023) is disposed of.
