None appears for the petitioner or for the State. I have perused the contentions advanced by the revisional application and the grievance of the present petitioner. Having regard to the fact that the issues so raised in the revisional application relate to an absolute questions of facts, I am of the view that no interference is called for as the said issues are to be dealt with at the time of trial or at the final stage of the argument of the trial.

Accordingly, CRR 2817 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
