Report reflects that charge was framed in the year 2014 against eight accused persons and the recording of evidence has commenced.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 2818 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
