Mr. Arijit Ganguly ...for the State The present revisional application relates to M.P. Case No.692 of 2018, under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This revisional application appeared before a coordinate Bench on 23.03.2020 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. I find from the ordersheet that there was a direction upon the Inspector-in-Charge, Haldia Police Station to see that peace is maintained.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings and the prayer so advanced, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage almost after three years.

Accordingly, C.R.R.3033 of 2019 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
