The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities particularly the respondent no. 3 to take necessary steps for removal of the discrepancies and delivery of the shortage M.R. goods in terms of the allocation on the basis of the representation dated 24th December, 2024.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till date the said representation dated 24th December, 2024 is pending consideration by the authorities concerned. It is further prayed that the said authorities (respondent no. 3) may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Sub-Divisional Controller is competent enough to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record and the issue raised by the petitioner in the representation, it appears that the respondent no. 3 is the authority concerned who is in a position to consider the same.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the said representation dated 24th December, 2024 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the parties in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order. 6.
WPA 21416 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
