.....Petitioners Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Debjani Sahu ...for the State The revisional application was preferred in connection with Kalyani Police Station case no. 47 of 2012 dated 3.2.2012 under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Coode. Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State, has submitted a report prepared by the concerned officer of Kalyani Police Station. Report so submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Report reflects that all the accused persons who were charge-sheeted by the investigating agency after trial has been acquitted on 2.3.2017.

Consequently, no interference is called for Accordingly, CRR 2820 of 2012 is dismissed.
