The petitioner complains that the private respondents are encroaching upon his land and are constructing a boundary wall.

He has complained to the Narendrapur Police Station and is aggrieved by inaction thereof.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and appropriate civil or statutory remedies may be sought by the petitioner.

The Narendrapur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
