Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent second appellate authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in considering and disposing the appeal of the petitioner under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, dated 23rd June, 2023. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 21293 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent second appellate authority/respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner on 23rd June, 2023 in

accordance with law, within 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
