The petitioner submits that she is a qualified candidate of TET 2014 and also a trained candidate. But she has not been given appointment.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the Board submits that there is no document in the writ application wherefrom it can be known in which recruitment process the petitioner participated. Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the writ application is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars, if she has any.
