The service upon the victim is unsatisfactory. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which amongst others he is directly implicated, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.
