Learned Advocate for the petitioner in his usual fairness, which is highly appreciated, states that since defence has been taking time at the stage of argument before the learned Trial Court, appropriate direction may be passed by this Court as the court may deem fit and proper.

Since we see that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, we dispose of this application by directing the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest and deliver judgment as soon as possible keeping in mind the very long detention of the petitioner in judicial custody.

CRM (DB) 2880 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
