They were not trained candidates at the material point of time i.e. when they applied for TET 2014. Now, the 2016 selection process in respect of the candidates whose selection and appointment was assailed, has been set aside by this court. I do not think there is any merit in the writ application.

The writ application is dismissed.

CAN 1 of 2023 is also dismissed.
