I have considered the subject-matter of the appeal which is against an order dated 21.08.2025. The said order is in connection with an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 i.e. anticipatory bail. Having regard to the provisions of the Code, the present appeal, as such, is not maintainable.

The appellant/applicant is directed to take out an application under the proper provisions of BNSS, 2023. The appeal being CRA (SB) 134 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
