1. This intra court appeal by the writ petitioners is directed against the order dated 19.07.2024 in WPA 17360 of 2024 by which the learned writ court had directed affidavit to be filed by the respondents.

2. In our view, such order cannot be faulted nor could be interfered.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.

4. The respondents are directed to file their affidavit-in-opposition not later than 13th September, 2024; reply, if any, by 20th September, 2024.

5. Liberty is granted to the appellants to mention before the learned writ court for early hearing of the writ petition.
